Request a Refund

Online transactions give users the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification.
However, the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases, as explained below: There are some exceptions, including an exemption for online digital content if you have already used it and you agreed that you will lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance of the contract.
By enabling/coding/activating/using and/or generating any of the resources purchased from our website and/or our app, you give your explicit consent and acknowledgement that you start the performance of the contract, and thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Even if your statutory right of withdrawal ends, you may still request a refund of certain content pursuant to our own refund policy. You can find the details of our refund policy, eligibility, and how-to steps in this article.

• AMG menu activations
• Any headunit codings, including Carplay/Android Auto, radio frequency change, etc
• Any transmission codings, including Agility, Manual mode activations, etc
• Any suspension calibration codings

• Navi map pin codes

We aim to provide a map pin that is compatible with your vehicle. To help ensure this, you can validate your VIN before purchase. This validation will provide important navigation details specific to your car, such as the correct update region, the latest available version, and your headunit model.

For successful installation, it's important to carefully select these parameters based on the information provided. As an additional check, an image of the corresponding headunit will be displayed on the page after selection, allowing you to visually confirm it matches the unit in your car.

We offer the map data itself free of charge, and you are welcome to download it before making any payment for the pin. We strongly recommend downloading and beginning the installation process first. Only generate the activation pin when prompted by the installation, as this helps prevent potential misunderstandings.

Please understand that our responsibility is limited to providing the correct activation pin based on the parameters you select. We cannot assume liability for the data storage medium you use, your computer's ability to format it and download the maps, or the operational condition of your vehicle's navi/headunit.

Because the generated pin is uniquely tied to your car based on your selections and is valid once all system requirements are met, we are unable to issue refunds once a pin has been generated.



• Instrument cluster virginization procedure

This procedure is designed for mileage resetting, with the purpose that of being matched and taught-in to another vehicle.

Non-standard uses or third-party hardware may impact results and prevent refunds.

Due to technical limitations, this procedure can not be reversed, once activated.

Refunds are of course possible, in cases where the solution hasn't been used and the permission remains on your account.



• FDCT transmission repairs

Since we have no control over the modification process using third-party tools, refunds for transmission repairs are generally not possible.

For promo pack refunds, please contact us directly with a justifiable reason and within a justifiable timeframe.

1. Please begin by looking at the list below, on this page, regarding what is refundable, and what isn't, and why.
2. In order for you to be eligible for a refund, the contracted changes must first be reverted, or the assigned coding permissions must be unused.




Please note: reverting the changes must be performed within 1 hour of first coding them, and before closing the MBTools app.

3. After reverting, you and our staff can both verify the "REVERTED" status in your Activity log.
   This is the only way that both you and us can genuinely confirm that the codings have actually been reverted.
   Once you see this status, you can safely close the MBTools app.
